Privacy policy

1. General provisions

This policy sets out how personal data of users of mentorium.uz (the "Site") is processed and protected. The personal data controller is INTERNATIONAL CODING PLATFORM LLC (the "Controller").

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other legislation.

By submitting a request on the Site, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your personal data.

2. Data we process

We do not collect personal data of children through the Site. Student data is processed only on the learning platform, under a contract with the school and with the consent of parents or legal guardians.

• request form data: name, phone number, email address (optional), school name, city, position;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access — in server logs;
• site settings in your browser: chosen theme, language and cookie choice;
• analytics data — only if you have agreed to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes

• to contact you about your request and arrange a demo lesson;
• to prepare a commercial proposal and conclude a contract with the school;
• to answer your questions;
• to improve the Site — only with your consent to analytics;
• to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Your consent to the processing of personal data; the conclusion and performance of a contract with the school you represent; the Controller's obligations under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Storage and retention

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed and stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as required by law.

Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the last interaction, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Data may be shared only with contractors that run the Site and communications (hosting, messengers, email), under a contract and to the extent necessary, and with public authorities where the law expressly requires it.

Cross-border transfer of personal data takes place only in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Data protection

The Controller takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: encrypted connection (HTTPS), role-based access and logging of actions with data.

8. Your rights

To exercise your rights, write to info@mentorium.uz. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

• to know whether your data is processed and to receive information about the processing;
• to request correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
• to withdraw your consent;
• to appeal the Controller's actions to the competent authority or court.
